Saturday 27th September 2.00 – 5.00pm at Brighton Natural Health Centre
As the season changes from summer to autumn, we can support our health and wellbeing by aligning our yoga practice with nature. The shorter, darker days of autumn invite introspection, routine, letting go of attachments and conserving energy for the colder months to follow. In this workshop, Ginny will informatively guide students through a well balanced exploration of yoga practices designed to nourish both body and mind.
Suitable for all levels, practices will include:
Yang: A slow and steady sequence of asanas with the qualities of balance, grounding and turning inward.
Yin: A quiet practice of floor-based postures held for time, allowing us to work more deeply into the joints and connective tissues whilst cultivating acceptance through mindfulness.
Yoga Nidra: A long, guided relaxation to offer deep rest for body and mind.
Cost: £26/£23 conc.
Book now: online or call BNHC 01273 600010.
Venue: Brighton Natural Health Centre, 27 Regent Street, Brighton BN1 1UL. map
