Join me for a workshop with a difference. We will balance our commitment to working hard and pushing our boundaries with moments of playfulness and quiet introspection, at times when you may least expect it! We will strengthen our ability to adapt to frequent changes of pace – from Yang to Yin and back – whilst staying grounded and present in the process.
Work – Building physical and mental stamina with standing postures and core work, with a focus on alignment and breath.
Play – fun transitions and variations on poses to bring out our adventurous side, with a few arm balances and inversions to try (you do not need not to be experienced in these postures as they will be taught step by step so so everyone can have a go).
Rest – turning our attention inwards with Yin Yoga, pranayama and meditation.
If you fancy a different approach to your yoga practice; if you are juggling your commitments; if life feels rushed and chaotic; or if you simply need to take some time out for yourself then this is the workshop for you!
Level: Suitable for those with at least 6 months regular yoga practice. .
