In this workshop, you will learn and put into practice the importance of maintaining a balance between the muscles that support and move the joint of the hip.
We will begin with isolated strength & conditioning before integrating this awareness into familiar yoga postures and transitions with a few fun, full-body movements. Tennis balls will be used for self-myofascial release alongside a relaxing Yin sequence for connective tissue health.
This is the second in a series of workshops with Ginny, each will focus on a different part of the body. A discount of £5 per workshop is offered when booking more than one in the series.
