This is a fundraising workshop to help BNHC reach their 40th birthday! Ginny is offering this pro-bono so that all proceeds go to BNHC.
In this workshop, you will learn and put into practice the importance of maintaining a balance between the muscles that support and move the joint of the hip.
We will begin with isolated strength & conditioning before integrating this awareness into familiar yoga postures and transitions with a few fun, full-body movements. Tennis balls will be used for self-myofascial release alongside a relaxing Yin sequence for connective tissue health.

This workshop is suitable for all except those currently injured or in rehabilitation from hip joint injury, dysfunction or surgery.
