Dynamic Flow Yoga

Dynamic Flow classes are inspired by Astanga and Vinyasa Flow styles of yoga. We explore variations of sun salutions, then enjoy standing and seated postures – sometimes moving dynamically from pose to pose, other times holding postures for longer. Sequences and content will vary from week to week, making this a challenging, yet fun class. Time is also allocated for pranayama in each session.

Due to the flowing nature of these classes, they are not recommended for complete beginners, instead they will provide a refreshing dimension for practitioners of other styles of yoga.
