This is a live online streaming class. Reserve your place by logging on to the BNHC website and follow the instructions. It’s quick and simple. Booking registration closes 30 minutes before class start time. 

Once you’ve booked online, you’ll receive a confirmation email from BNHC. About 10-15 minutes before the class start time, check your email for the link to access the Zoom class (be sure to check your junk folder if you do not receive these emails).

Pricing: during these unprecedented times, BNHC are keen to be able to offer classes to everyone in the community. Pay what you can afford: £3 / £6 / £9.

Practicing online at home

  • instructions and information given in classes related to movement, physical exercise or general health are intended only as guidance.
  • it is your responsibility to consult a medical practitioner prior to and regarding participation in the classes if you have any injury or health concern.
  • if you are pregnant, we do not recommend joining this class.
  • as with all forms of physical exercise, there is a possibility of physical injury.
  • bnhc and our individual teachers cannot be held responsible for any physical injury that occurs.
  • by following this programme/sequence you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result.

Information for Beginners/Newcomers

All classes are suitable for beginners. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate, please contact Ginny for advice beforehand.

Avoid eating anything other than a light snack for a couple of hours before your class, allowing longer if you have eaten a large meal. Yoga is practiced in bare feet with the exception of Yin Yoga – you can keep your socks on! Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching.
