Information for Beginners
All classes are suitable for beginners. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate, please contact the studio or Ginny for advice beforehand.
Avoid eating anything other than a light snack for a couple of hours before your class, allowing longer if you have eaten a large meal. Yoga is practiced in bare feet with the exception of Yin Yoga – you can keep your socks on! Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching. Mats and other equipment are provided at all venues although you may prefer to bring your own mat if you have one.
