Hatha Yoga at Source of Light, May 2011

I returned to this gorgeous venue to teach Hatha Yoga, in a week of uncharacteristically cold and wet weather. Despite his best efforts, Richard could not shift those rain clouds!

The inclement weather did not allow for outdoor yoga practice so we fully enjoyed our yoga sessions in the cosiness of the Lake View Room, alongside the woodburner. The food and the company more than made up for the lack of sunshine.

Back again in the loving hands of our hosts Richard and Betty with most of the students from last year’s July holiday. It was wonderful to be with and teach so many familiar faces. This year I introduced them all to Yin Yoga during the evening sessions; a great compliment to the morning Astanga. Another special week filled with friendship and laughter, thank you to all of you.
