Private lessons


Ginny is available to teach individuals, couples or groups on a private basis. As Ginny will tailor the tuition to meet individual requirements, anyone can gain benefit from private lessons, including:

  • Beginners, including seniors.
  • Those recovering with injury, illness or surgery.
  • Established practitioners looking to fine-tune or delve deeper into their practice.
  • Anyone with a specific goal in mind e.g. keeping injury-free during marathon training; managing stress; developing a home practice.
  • People whose busy lives makes it difficult for them to attend a regular class.

Working privately with clients, Ginny does not limit her teaching to a particular ‘style’ of yoga, although she is able to offer anything from a dynamic, strong approach to Yin Yoga and meditation.

With over 11 years of teaching experience and in excess of 800 hours of certified training, Ginny’s skill set is varied. Her undergoing studies on the Yoga Medicine® 500 hour advanced training program is providing her with in depth knowledge of anatomy, function and dysfunction of the human body. Within the parameters of the Yoga Medicine modules she has undertaken to date, Ginny is able to work on a more therapeutic and highly personalised basis to meet the needs of clients who are under the care of massage therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths or physiotherapists.
