Mondays 2.00 – 3.15pm at Brighton Natural Health Centre.
An easy-paced class with a focus on maintaining joint mobility, muscular flexibility, strength, balance and correct breathing, with a good helping of relaxation!
Regular yoga practice in middle age and beyond also helps to maintain bone density and assist the internal systems of the body to stay in good working order so you can enjoy life to the full.
This is a friendly class in a lovely light filled studio. All are welcome – beginners and experienced yogi’s alike. Everyone can work at their own pace and Ginny will help individuals to modify any of the postures where necessary. It’s never too late to take up yoga!
