As any busy parent or carer of children will know, during the summer holidays, keeping children entertained and stimulated can be a job in itself!
Ginny is delighted, once again, to be a part of the Brighton Natural Health Centre Summer Club, offering a variety of special classes for children and their families over the school holidays.
So whilst the children (aged 5-10 years) let off steam whilst keeping fit with dance teacher Charlie Plunkett in Theatre School for Children aged 5-10 years, parents can enjoy calming yoga in the adjacent studio:
Hatha Yoga (for Parents/carers/adults) with Ginny
4 x Wednesdays 5th – 26th August ♦ 2.30-3.15pm (small studio) Brighton Natural Health Centre
This relaxed and light hearted class welcomes busy parents or anyone else in need of some time out. Conscious breathing combined with gentle stretches and yoga postures will calm frazzled nerves, melt away stress and tension to restore balance to the nervous system and a sense of calm to the mind. You will leave feeling relaxed yet energised for the rest of your week. Suitable for complete beginners and those with experience, Ginny also welcomes grandparents, childminders and anyone else who will benefit from a little time just for themselves.
£10 with Theatre School Class / £6 without (if you want to come by yourself that’s fine). No need to book – just turn up! Map.
