Venue & Booking information

Brighton Natural Health Centre, 27 Regent Street, Brighton BN1 1UL map

Pre-booking is required for both studio and live stream classes. You can book up to 15 minutes before the class start time.

Click here to be redirected to the BNHC website and follow the quick and simple booking process.

Practice In-studio: If you are coming to the studio, places are limited to allow for social distancing so early booking is advised. Please familiarise yourself with the covid-19 operating policy on the BNHC website before your class. You will be required to bring your own yoga mat and any other props you may wish to use. I recommend also bringing a blanket, if possible.

Practice at home: Choose the ‘live stream’ class option if you wish to practice at home via Zoom. Once you’ve booked online, you’ll receive a confirmation email from BNHC. About 10-15 minutes before the class start time, check your email for the link to access the Zoom class (be sure to check your junk folder if you do not receive these emails).

Take a look at my blog post for tips on following a live stream class, including ideas on how to use things around your home as yoga props.

Information for Beginners/Newcomers

All classes are suitable for beginners. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate, please notify Ginny in advance of the class start time or contact via email for advice beforehand.

Avoid eating anything other than a light snack for a couple of hours before your class, allowing longer if you have eaten a large meal. Yoga is practiced in bare feet with the exception of Yin Yoga – you can keep your socks on! Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching.
